In a world filled with uncertainty and constant change, our world needs leaders who can inspire vision, build healthy cultures, develop others, and navigate challenges with wisdom and integrity.
The Timothy Leadership Academy is a transformational leadership development program modeled after the biblical relationship between Paul and Timothy. Just as Paul intentionally invested in Timothy's spiritual growth, character formation and leadership capacity the Timothy Academy equips emerging leaders to grow in their faith, discover their God-given purpose and develop the skills needed to influence others for Christ..
Through mentoring, discilehship, practical leadership training and real world experience, participants are prepared to become faithful leaders who multiply their impact for generations to come and to leave a lasting legacy.
Our academy program provides the tools, strategies, and biblical guidance necessary to build young leaders of clarity, confidence, and purpose. Upon completion, graduates are prepared, confident and skilled to lead for life. We don’t just teach leadership principles—we help leaders apply them in ways that create measurable and lasting results.
Timothy Leadership Academy Details
The Timothy Leadership Academy Experience
The Academy begins with an intensive leadership retreat where participants engage in personal discovery, leadership assessment, and spiritual formation.
From this experience, selected individuals are then invited to become final participants in the Timothy Leadership Academy comprehensive two-year leadership development journey.
During the Timothy Retreat Weekends, selected participants receive:
* Full scholarship for weekend retreats.
* Six highly structured leadership training weekends (3 times/year).
* Expert instruction from highly experienced Christian leaders
* Personal leadership development coaching
* Identification of ones primary Kingdom Motivation.
* Biblical foundational training in crucial areas need for maturity
* Organizational leadership training
* Real-world application opportunities
* Missions Trip (1 week in the 2 year period).
* A dedicated Paul (mentor) will accompany each (Timothy) participant along the journey if selected.

We seek to develop leaders who lead with wisdom, character, conviction, humility, and a Kingdom focused purpose. Men who will ultimately become prepared, confident and skilled to advance the Kingdom.
The Long-Term Vision
Our vision actually extends far beyond a two-year program.
We envision Timothy Leadership Academy graduates becoming pastors, para ministry leaders, missionaries, business leaders, entrepreneurs, educators, nonprofit directors, community leaders, and disciple-makers who multiply their influence throughout their lifetime.
As each Fellow grows, their impact expands into families, churches, organizations, communities, and future generations.
And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witness entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others (2 Tim 2:2)
