Meet Our Leadership

Founder Kingdom Leadership Consultants Timothy Leadership Academy

Denny Hyland is passionate about helping people discover who God created them to be, understand their Kingdom purpose, and develop the leadership capacity to make a lasting impact for Christ.

His passion for leadership development is rooted in his own journey of discovering identity, purpose, and fulfillment.

As a former an athlete, Denny was well-known throughout his surrounding community as a young man. Yet, when he entered college, he experienced a profound loss of identity. The recognition and accomplishments that had once helped define him were no longer enough to provide a lasting sense of purpose.

At the age of 29, Denny accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior and began a journey that would transfom his understanding of life and true success. Over time, God helped him discover a deeper sense of fulfillment not in the world's definition of success, but in understanding his identity in Christ and learning to live within God's Kingdom  principals.

That realization became a turning point in his life.  Denny came to understand that true success is not simply about personal achievement, recognition or influence.  It is about discovering who God created us to be, faithfully using the gifts He has givien us , investing in the lives of others and making an impact that extends beyond our own lifetime.

Denny believes that one of the greatest investments we can make is to help people discover who they are in Christ and quip them to fulfill the purpose for which God created them. Whether coaching an established leader or mentoring a young man beginning his leadership journey, his desire is to help others move beyond the pursuit of worldkly success and embrace a life of Kingdom significance.

His guiding vision is captured in three words: Light, Leadership and Legacy.  Through Kingdom Leadership Consultants and the Timothy Leadership Academy Denny is laser focus  on raising up a generation of Christ-centered  leaders who shine the light of Jesus, faithfully influence others, and leave a legacy of transformed lives that continue long after they are gone.
